Refund Policy

Each guide is delivered digitally at checkout. If a guide file is defective, won't open, or isn't what its page describes, email eriesteelheadguide@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix the file or refund you in full.

Because the guides are downloadable and keepable, we don't offer refunds for changed minds, wrong-creek purchases after download, or fishing results — stream conditions and catches can't be guaranteed, and the guides say so.

Refreshed editions of any guide you own are free: email us from your purchase address and we'll send the current edition.

Living Rivers Pass

Partial periods aren't refunded. Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt link or by emailing eriesteelheadguide@gmail.com — cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access stays live through the period you've already paid for. See the Terms of Sale.
